[NEWS] 120708 ‘Running Man’ Reveals Song Ji Hyo′s Real Weight…Again; Jaejoong Tweets A Supporting Message

Song Ji Hyo’s weight has been revealed on the popular variety show Running Man… again.

In the July 8 broadcast of SBS’ Running Man, the members were given 10,000 won and tasked with buying and consuming food with the money to increase their total weight by 1 kg.

At having to step on a scale to reveal her weight, Song Ji Hyo was taken aback saying, “Don’t do this.”

In the end, with a begrudging look on her face, Song Ji Hyo stepped on the scale with a producer. The total weight came out to be 153.55kg and with the producer revealing his weight as 100 kg it was deduced Song Ji Hyo’s real weight was 53.5kg.

Following the episode’s broadcast, JYJ’s Kim Jae Joong, who is also part of the same agency as Song Ji Hyo, humorously tweeted a supportive message for the actress giving the excuse, “Ji Hyo noona was carrying gold inside her shoes, clothes, hat, microphone and bag. She told me the gold weighed over 4kg.”

The incident wasn’t the first time Song Ji Hyo suffered embarrassment over her true weight as a mission in the same show last year had her stepping on a scale to reveal her weight at 52.5kg which was a few kilograms different from her official profile weight of 46kg.
